For more than three generations, they have been making their own Pandan Grass Jellies, which is soft and ethereal. The brimming bowl of dessert comes with a glacier of ice shavings submerged in fresh coconut milk and gula Melaka, a scoop of red beans, swirls of green jellies and slab of gooey pulut. Slither your spoon through, which permeates the sweetness of gula Melaka throughout the bowl. It’s a pleasant marriage of sweetness and texture at each bite, you would chug down the whole bowl at a blink.
