Prominently known as “Jonker Satay”, this shop serves pork satay and offal satay such as pork intestine and liver too. This commendable satay house has proven that Melaka is not only famous for its “satay celup”. Well-marinated, juicy with a crisp around the edges and chewy at the centre, the pork satay is served with the typical pairing of cucumber chunks and onion wedges, “nasi impit”, and a mellow peanut-pineapple dipping sauce.More info
