Thank you so much for the rating. Liked what you read? Like or share it to your friends!Oyster porridge, aka Orh Moi is indeed unique and one of a kind. It has a sweeter base flavour, since it is cooked with a variety of ingredients like mushrooms and dried oysters, with texture harsher and grainer. Customers here usually customize their own bowl of porridge with extra toppings; either with strips of braised pork, deep-fried shallots, spring onions and/or eel flakes. Of course, there are many side dishes provided to order that can go along with the porridge, such as 'you tiao', herbal eggs, beancurd or pork innards.More info
