It has a sweeter base flavour, since it is cooked with a variety of ingredients like mushrooms and dried oysters, with texture harsher and grainer. Customers here usually customize their own bowl of porridge with extra toppings; either with strips of braised pork, deep-fried shallots, spring onions and/or eel flakes. She serves the famous Chicken Porridge (Kai Chok), Fish Porridge (Yue Chok) along with the popular steam chicken (Bak Jiam Kai). Their menu is straightforward and simple to order; with the option of having either noodles or porridge.
