She raves about her five-star curry noodles but it’s her dry chilli pan mee that gets the attention of customers. As with most shops, it’s served with minced pork, fragrant anchovies and watery soft boiled egg for added flavour. However, she rebels against the traditional hand-pinched/long and springy/soft and chewy pan mee that we’re all familiar with and serves egg noodles instead. But we won’t hold that against her!
