Bijan Bar is known for their fine dining style which mainly targets expats who wish to discover traditional dishes of Malay cuisines. Every year at Bijan, they celebrate the Holy month of Ramadhan by having a buffet table with the best recipes that withstood the test of time. The buffet spread will be rotating daily from with five specially tailored menus with a la carte menus available after 9pm. Some of the menu selection includes signatures such as Nasi Minyak and Nasi Kerabu to be eaten with Chicken Opor, Squid in Sweet Black Sauce, Crab Fried with Chilli and Nogori Prawn Rendang. They also offer classics like the Rendang Tok to signify the coming of the much celebrated Eid ul-Fitr.
