Broth-wise, salted vegetable mixed pork and bitter gourd mixed pork soups are available. No matter how you choose to mishmash your mouth-watering bowl, the flavours are sure to deliver on all accounts. During peak hours, expect a huge throng of hungry audience and just remind yourself, good things come to those who wait. There are a couple of noodle variants but the pork noodles deserve more attention. Served piping hot with noodles of your choice, it’s liberally loaded with minced pork and intestines that are nothing but succulent.
