However, this restaurant does not offer any mint sauce to go with the food. Texture-wise, you will love the tender and nicely done meat with almost no bones. It had a fair share of lean meat and fat which went very well with the selections of gravy. Highly recommended!

The sides are pretty much like the regular ones – coleslaw, mashed potato and green sauce with peppermint taste aka mint sauce. However, the lamb chops are exceptionally juicy and beautifully seasoned. The flavour and taste of the side dishes still have a plenty of room for improvement. But hey, for a mamak restaurant, this dish is astonishingly good.

Just like any successful joint, there is always a perpetual queue yet don’t be deceived as the service is pretty quick. Among the favourites on the menu is their lamb chop, which picks up desired chars from the scorching griddle and served with classic combinations like coleslaw, French fries and salad, and something you don’t see elsewhere, a fried egg with a runny core. It’s good on its own but the locals are more than happy to shroud the tender meat with black pepper sauce for that extra oomph. Best of all, prices are pretty reasonable.
