The art of taking a blob of dough, stretching and multiple times and making a thin and consistent set of noodles is incredible. Simply watching them performing at the front of the shop (at most times) is mesmerising enough. Place them in a hot bowl of broth alongside delicious toppings and you have a set of luxurious la mian.

This may not be your average Japanese ramen as it is one of Paradise Dynasty's best selling dish. It may also look incredibly simple but the flavours developed through the long hours of cooking the pork-bone broth really comes through. The noodles are also handmade and pulled on a daily basis. As a whole, the ramen taste absolutely amazing and the thick slices of pork belly really adds on richness to the dish.More info
