Tucked within the quiet residential neighbourhood of Taman Danau Desa, there is a popular restaurant at the corner lot where you will find a good bowl of fish head noodles. Thanks to the combination of evaporated milk and rice wine, the broth served in Woo Pin is both aromatic and flavourful.
