Popularly known for its signature Claypot XO Fish Head Noodles, Goon Wah’s version is not as milky as the usual version you found from most restaurants. Instead, the clear broth has a unique taste between sour and peppery that makes this particular fish head noodles all the more appetising meal to savour for. On top of that, the restaurant prefers thick vermicelli over the thin version since it adds more texture to the overall dish.

You may ask for soup refill (for Claypot XO Fish Head Noodles) with no extra charges.
