It’s no surprise that the well-known food store in Kuala Lumpur also runs a self-named restaurant. Ben’s offers plenty of definitive cakes and The Classic Chocolate Cake makes it to our list. A three-layer chocolate pound cake sandwiched with dark chocolate ganache in between and iced with plain chocolate glaze. Prior to serving, the cake is warmed, allowing the ganache to soften.
