While you can easily find “Khao Kha Moo” stalls as a “bread and butter” of many street vendors in Thailand, but this time around, you can let your taste buds sample a pretty decent one too, at Kuay Tiaw Zabb in a fully air-conditioned dining area! This Chinese-influenced one plate meal is served with a portion of rice shape-like strawberry, voluptuous bite-sized pieces of pork legs, a hard-boiled egg, Chinese broccoli and pickled mustard greens, all atop a gentle bubbling soy-based and spiced stewing pool of liquid. For those who prefer it spicy, chilli-vinegar sauce is also served alongside this dish.More info
