Pin Pin Hiong Restaurant is a fairly old coffee shop that has more to offer than meets the eye. Located along Jalan Hang Jebat, Melaka, this has been the go-to place for many of the locals due to its array of traditionally brought-down recipes. One of which includes the Hainanese pork chop that is first fried then cut into smaller chunks and doused with plenty of sauce. At least 30-40% of what's available will be swimming in that savoury broth, while the remaining stands tall and ready to be eaten.More info
