Heng Long Taiwan Mee is only famous for one thing, and one thing only - Pork Chop Noodles. Yes, the ever-so-crispy and succulent pork chops placed on top of springy noodles, served with a little bit of rich and delicate broth at the bottom of the bowl. This dish is one of Melaka's most popular, and has certainly drawn in quite a strong tourist rate. It also comes with a side of soup to help tone things down a little.
