However, leaving this sophisticated space without digging into their parfaits is a huge mistake. Fresh homemade yoghurt can be layered with mixed berries, fresh mango, banana compote, azuki beans and matcha ice cream, and roasted pistachio, strawberry slices and strawberry puree. Done with the first one, your inner child screams for another creamy goodness. But, why not when it’s easy on the wallet too. Desserts like this justify being healthy is easy and worthy.
