There’s a lot of flavours bursting through for this one. Beautifully fresh pan-seared dory fish that lightly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfectly seared you could say. The dory fish is rested on a bed of potato salad that goes oh so right with it. Tomato salsa and freshly mixed greens with citrus dressing are presented nicely for a smooth zesty added flavour.
