A unique dish that’s rarely been done before, Owee Cuisine's Green Curry Laksa carries an impeccable taste that’s fresh and also new to their menu. The green curry is mildly spicy that even non-spicy eaters are able to tolerate the heat. This bowl includes laksa noodles accompanied with soft tender chicken breast meat diced into bite size pieces along with a few chunks of fish pieces. It is then topped off with onion and chili slices, a fresh shredded cucumber and pineapple for a zesty finish. The lemongrass is infused with the curry laksa to give that extra tangy aroma. Definitely worth a try and far from the usual laksa dish.

    Kuching Noodle House

The dish above is none other than Sarawak Laksa Bee-Hoon. A unique broth from the usual laksa you partake in your meal. The broth carries significant spices that enhance the flavour. The broth itself is rather thin but embodies it well with its blend of spices. What makes the broth unique is it contains milk rather than coconut milk hence, the thin broth. The dish contains, chicken, small prawns, sliced egg omelette and coriander. Also, don’t forget to add the dried chilli paste for an extra spicy kick as well and a squeeze of lime for that tangy bit.

Something a little different than your usual escapades. Right here at Well Cook Gourmet lies a hidden treasure dish that’s definitely worth the wait. Fried laksa sounds too good to be true but not anymore as it is created by the lady boss of this restaurant who fries the noodles with the core laksa ingredients and dried prawns. A dried version of fried laksa sounds far from your imagination but once you get your hands on this dish, you’ll be amazed by its spicy sour and fragrant goodness. Tastes exactly like Asam laksa from its prawn paste and fish.
