The name of the restaurant itself is a pretty strong statement and extremely straight-forwarded. That idea too has been carried upon their menu, where there are no more than 11 items, with 6 of them being different variants of fried rice. The signature 'Pai Kut Ong Fried Rice' is done by stir-frying spare ribs first, followed by a series of vegetables, rice and condiments.
