Fried rice, also known as nasi goreng, is probably one of the more popular staple food here in Malaysia. Featuring a wide array of different styles and technique, each plate of fried rice is potentially different from one another. Whether it is cooked with anchovies, eggs, long beans, trio vegetables cubes, prawns, scallops or even lobster, a good plate of fried rice will leave us craving for more.
