Ming Xiang Tai Pastry shop is famous for their range of traditional Chinese pastry and one of the sought-after pastries is, you guess it, egg tart. The recipe for this delightful treat goes back since 1960s, so you can imagine how traditional the taste would be. The fluffy filling for the tart is not too sweet, with crispy shell to go along with it.
