Pandan has been known for its fresh and fragrant scent and it is used all over Asia to enhance the flavour of certain dishes. The combination of pandan and egg custard is just phenomenal. Amigo bakery uses all-natural ingredients in its tart. The crust is thin and crispy filled with pandan custard. The sweet creaminess both of the ingredients bring to the table will make you want to eat this tart in one go but word of advice: try to eat it slowly so you can savour each fragrant bite wholeheartedly.
