Kim Poh Claypot Chicken Rice
Hailing from Kampar, Kim Poh actually is a direct translation of the town’s name in the Hokkien dialect. It’s been around 1975 and it’s also one of the few claypot chicken rice restaurants that have a website of their own! The chicken chunks are marinated in dark soy sauce and Chinese rice wine, which explains the fragrance of the chicken that’s immersed into the moist and crunchy at the bottom rice!More info
