Steamboat is one of Malaysian’s favourite method of having a feast together. Apart from the usual 9-course Chinese meal, or perhaps even ordering in a restaurant, there is no doubt that Steamboat actually brings us closer together as family or friends. Each and everyone, putting in their favourite ingredients into soup the love most, sharing the joy and happiness together and finally, indulging into some sinful meat, fish, tofu and many more. Furthermore, the are no limitations to what you can put into a pot of soup as the options are extremely wide.     Unlike conventional steamboat restaurant that uses gas or induction cooker, Restoran Stadium Negara takes on a more traditional approach – charcoal style. Accompanied by flavourful broth, fresh seafood and their famous bbq chicken wings, Restoran Stadium Negara has garnished quite a number of fans over the years.
    Tips

    The menu is quite extensive, so don’t let the waiter rush your order or you might choose incorrectly.

    To our surprise, Hometown steamboat wasn’t just famous for its good tomyam broth and fresh ingredients, but the chocolate fondue as well. Priced at a nifty RM19.90, its a feast for a family’s dinner treat. After a hearty meal of meat, vegetables, tofu and seafood all poured into a flavourful and spicy tomyam soup, a fondue definitely is a unique way to end the meal.
    Tips

    Might want to arrive earlier if you do not wish to wait for a table. Preferably before 7pm.

    Tight and intense space with barely and room for walking. Slow service

    Ice lemon tea.
