Steamboat is one of Malaysian’s favourite method of having a feast together. Apart from the usual 9-course Chinese meal, or perhaps even ordering in a restaurant, there is no doubt that Steamboat actually brings us closer together as family or friends. Each and everyone, putting in their favourite ingredients into soup the love most, sharing the joy and happiness together and finally, indulging into some sinful meat, fish, tofu and many more. Furthermore, the are no limitations to what you can put into a pot of soup as the options are extremely wide. It ranges from the regular fish balls to vegetables, thinly sliced meat to seafood, some even a whole piece of chicken. The question is, which steamboat restaurants provide the best steamboat? Nestled in Pavillion’s Tokyo Street, patrons are delighted with a wholesome Japanese steamboat buffet at Suki-Ya’s Japanese-style interior. With a choice of not two but four tasty soup bases, one can go for Shabu Shabu, Miso, Sukiyaki or Kimuchi soup with each offering different unique flavours! A la carte dishes such as Agedashi Tofu, Edamame, Gyoza and more are available!

    Though the restaurant is not certified halal, their suppliers are! So worry not.

    Unlike conventional steamboat restaurant that uses gas or induction cooker, Restoran Stadium Negara takes on a more traditional approach – charcoal style. Accompanied by flavourful broth, fresh seafood and their famous bbq chicken wings, Restoran Stadium Negara has garnished quite a number of fans over the years.
    Tips

    The menu is quite extensive, so don’t let the waiter rush your order or you might choose incorrectly.

    Standard steamboat restaurant set-up, nothing too fancy.
