halalThe Karai Chicken ramen at Izumi delivers on what's expected out of a bowl of ramen in terms of presentation. There's the perennial decorated fish cake, a half of a full boiled egg, and a slew of vegetables that float on top of ramen noodles and soup. This bowl of soup also delivers on flavours and taste. The soup is rich and full of flavour, with a light consistency that's perfect for drinking. The noodles have absorbed all this flavour very well, making the noodles a pleasure to slurp on. The crunchy vegetables and the fish cake add an additional textural dimension that further elevates the bowl.
