Poached eggs has been apart our of diet for a good amount of time. Be it in a breakfast set or simply on a toast, a perfectly done poached egg can be really delicious. Cutting through and allowing the yolk to flow out is definitely a sight worth seeing, whilst the molten yolk enriches the food beneath!

S.Wine's approach towards their egg's benedict is fairly simple, with a perfectly done poached eggs laid on a piece of ham or salmon, english muffin and finished with a scoop of homemade hollandaise sauce.
