Fillet of your choice, often ordered are cod or salmon, comes with a resoundingly crispy skin and flesh that falls apart with a gentle touch. Consorts of sautéed potatoes and greens complete the platter. Variations like Teriyaki Salmon and Black Cod Assam Pedas are praiseworthy too.

If fish is your pick, their pan-seared line-caught Barramundi with summer vegetables and a mound of mashed potatoes gives you all reason to be buoyant. This famed and fabled Japanese restaurant has taken pan-seared fish into a whole new level, somewhat crafted for the brave hearts. In French cuisine, foie gras signifies luxury, whereas, in Japanese gastronomy, it’s Anger Fish Liver that tops the chart. Despite being the liver, the presentation rather makes it more alluring. The liver is seared to perfection, slithering the little islets are divine and the simmered radish neutralizes any fishy taste. Small in size yet bombards with distinctive flavours.
