Macalister Mansion – Dining RoomPork free d90bfb235d64e73ff14d8ad65b89aaab71a3af43962907cb9cd494af0a63fa21

An haute dining experience like never before, the Dining Room at Macalister Mansion is widely known for their posh setting and scrumptious spread of meals. The menu changes every two months, yet the mainstay on the menu is their Pan Seared Miso Cod. Daintily dished up with an exemplary cod sitting in the middle of Braised Shimeji, Oliver Soil, and Watercress Coulis and topped with a dollop of caviar. The flaky and moist fish blends well with the earthy and rich condiments, definitely not a regular fare that you can imagine.

May your senses and stomach be strong, as this comfy restaurant is dishing out innovatively inspiring dishes that are drop-dead delicious. Despite the name, it’s decent in size and the interior spells as a second home to patrons. Their Black and White Sesame Seared Tuna is not to be missed. Artistically presented with pleasantly seared tuna coated with sesame seed, laid on slivers of paper thin daikon radish, mayonnaise and sprinkle of orange zest and soy sauce to dip with. Moreover, few drops of jasmine flowers frame the four corners of the plate, charming your nostrils with natural whiffs while devouring the tuna.

Tucked tranquilly at Argyll Road, this humble eatery serves one of the best Pan Seared Salmon Steak in the island. The slab of fresh fillet has a crispy skin and juicy meat that soaks up the delicious Dijon sauce. Wallop of greens adds flavour and colour to the dish. Their Red Snapper with Cream of Tomato Pulp is another commendable dish for fish lovers.
