Capricciosa
Capricciosa is an underrated Italian kitchen that serves one of the most authe ntic and commercial Italian dishes around. Surprisingly enough, Capricciosa is owned by an award-winning Japanese chef, Masaaki Honda, whose love and passion for Italian food inspired him to open his own chain of Italian restaurants in Malaysia. The lasagna here is great for its portion and price. Cheesy but not overwhelming, the minced beef in it is also fresh and it’s just not enough for one person!More info- Closed Now

Upstairs CafeCertified
halalUpstairs Cafe has been around for a few years now and this place just gets more crowded as they get more popular. The beef lasagna here is a very good portion for its price. Soft and hot, this lasagna is cheesy on the outside and wonderfully meaty on the inside.More infoUpstairs Cafe View restaurant

The Vanilla Place
Located at Empire Shopping Gallery at Subang, you’ll be wondering how can this cafe be so reasonably priced considering it’s located in a high class shopping center. The lasagna here is served with a side of greens and the layers and meat in it are a bit too dry. Luckily the creamy sauce that’s served on top of it saved the dish.More info- Closed Now

Dave’s Deli @ Subang Parade Certified

Jibby & Co
No, this cafe/restaurant has nothing to do with our current Prime Minister. The owner, who also owns Serai, is also named Najib and oh boy, this Najib makes good food! The three layer lasagna is an unconventional due thick layers and thicker sauces. Although served with minimal cheese, the whole dish is very fulfilling to the tummy because of the extra toasted bread on top and two kinds of sauces – creamy basil sauce and roma tomatoes sauce. It also has beef and mushrooms with it and mmm, mmmm, mmmmm!More infoJibby & Co View restaurant

Joe’s Kitchen
Owned by Malaysian producer and hip hop artist, Joe Flizzow, this place is slowly gaining its popularity. Originally just a barbershop (that caters to 3 years old kids to 70 years old dudes, by the way!), Joe’s has expanded and you can wait for your meal while getting yourself a hair cut! The lasagna here is home made and really cheesy! Oozing with flavour from the tomatoes, they’re not stingy with their sauces. Great for a comforting, warm meal on a rainy day!More infoJoe’s Kitchen View restaurant

Grella’s
Grella’s tagline is “Lambs, Burgers, Chics”. Their menu is quite limited to only a few of these meats but hey, they’re doing okay. The beef lasagna here is a very big portion, and everything is alright. It just lacks some sauce on the side and a bit dry. Not for those who prefer their meals full of gravy and wet.More infoLooking for more?
