Tao Chinese Cuisine's lamb rack is not like any other lamb rack around. With a little hint of Easternized seasoning, this baked lamb rack is marinated beforehand and cooked with rosemary emitting off a rather fragrant taste yet does not overwhelm the tastiness of the marinated sauce. The Japanese green beans at the side complements the overall taste completing as the greens needed in every meal we devour.

This scrumptious looking lamb rack cannot be resisted when it comes to Montes Restaurant and Wine Bar. Apart from their selections of wines to choose from, their range of lambs seems to be folks favourite whenever they are dining in. This specific marinated lamb rack is apparently charbroiled before being served in a complete plating full of broccoli, mashed potato and thyme sauce - seasoning the whole dish and no doubt giving off the perfect aftertaste your choosy palate needed.

This scrumptious looking pan fried lamb racks with green onions in a specifically made sauce will definitely sweep your feet away. No doubt a great delicacy to have it here while you dine in In Colonial chinese cuisine. The special made sauce really brings out the taste of the lamb, not too overwhelming yet perfectly coating the meat. Could definitely say that it is a perfect pan fried lamb dish that is cooked to medium rare.

Steaks houses have been sprouting all over Kuala Lumpur rapidly and cherry-picking the right ones can be a dilemma. With two outlets which are usually chock full, The Beato Steakhouse has been making a name for itself as a carnivorous place to be. The top seller here has to be their dry-aged steaks but if you’re hankering for lamb, their lamb racks never fail to impress. The well-seasoned meat which is cooked to perfection and astutely crusted with breadcrumbs and served with grilled vegetables and mint sauce. Definitely a respite from common BBQ sauces and dry rubs out there. The variation of texture is the real deal here, each mouthful is crunchy, juicy and utterly tender – there is no excuse of not polishing the bone clean.
