The Spice Kitchen
The Spice Kitchen is a lovechild of traditional Hakka recipe and Indian spices. Considering the hipster demand these days, the industrial-style interior with colourful furniture and brick styled wall make it perfect for group dinners as it is for date night. Similarly, lots of efforts are put into the dishes, as the presentations and flavours are spot-on. Among the dishes that received a big uptick from our taste buds are Chicken Lollypop, Chicken Tikka, selection of briyanis and flatbreads. The clean hit of spices and utterly tender meats are worth spending your calories on. Tame it down with an array of lassies and milkshakes.

Restoran Olive Kitchen + Bar
This renowned restaurant is fairly an epicurean’s dream come true. Food-wise, the team has been churning out North Indian dishes that come in big portion and bigger in flavour, thus, it’s wise to wear stretchy pants. Fresh seafood and huge cut of meats take multifarious forms, be it biryanis and sizzling Kebab platters. One bite and in a blink of an eye, the whole platter is polished clean. Another dish that hits high on creativity is their Chicken Chettinad Pizza, a drool-worthy masterpiece tarted up with diced chickens and gooey cheese. No visit here is complete without a sip of their captivating cocktails or glug of beers. With a breathtaking harbour view, you'll be a little heavy hearted to leave.

Naseeb Capati & Roti NanCertified
halalThis unassuming stall is a hotspot for a full-fledged naan and meat feast that barely makes a dent in your wallet. Thanks to the open kitchen, you can smell the delicious aroma while waiting to be served. What sets them apart is Chapli Kebab, which looks like a burger patty, but it’s a Pakistani-style kebab chockfull with beef meat, green chillies, diced onions and fresh herbs. Expertly charred on the outside with a bouncy center, you just can’t stop scoffing down the naans, particularly the cheese laden one. Another reason to keep you coming is their Kheemah, thick gravy with minced beef and subtle spices.
