As we all know Indian cuisine is some of the most sought-after and unique types of food that one can indulge in, but Indian cuisine is not just bounded to curry and naan, it’s as diverse as India itself. In Malaysia Indian cuisine is very prominent but not many have heard of this North Indian based cuisine called Gujarati cuisine. We have discovered a unique spot called the Ganga café situated in Kuala Lumpur that aims to highlight this unique specialty. Gujarati cuisine originates from the Gujarat region in North West India. The Ganga café which is run by a sweet couple aims to highlight all the best aspects of fresh homecooked Gujarati cuisine.
