Best Indian Restaurants in Ipoh

Written by Updated ago

Authentic Indian food are all about the herbs and spices. Turmeric, cinnamon, cardemom, cumin, coriander, and red chilli peppers are the most commonly used spices in Indian cuisine and are thus, considered the 'Seven Key Spices'. When perfected, Indian food can be as addictive as drugs; the flavours are strong, delicious and rich to a point where the dishes may taste as if they've been drenched with MSG (well, they are not). The spectrum ranges differently too, from volcanic spicy to mild tinges for the uninitiated. So, look out for these Indian restaurants in Ipoh that are definitely worth your attention!
