Move aside, Maggi and Yellow noodles; the bee hoon is here to stay. Very much known for the Malaysian term and occasionally the rice vermicelli, the common ways of having it is either with soup or fragrantly fried together with a lot of other raw ingredients like prawns, salted fish, dark sauce and the list goes on. O Cafe
For those who are into healthy organic food, O Cafe has been using fresh ingredients to make vegetarian food taste heavenly. Having more than one type of dish in the bee hoon section, the one that makes a rather good impression is the Basil Leaf Fried Bee Hoon. Constantly being praised for its aroma that can be sensed from a mile away, it gives just as much flavour to the vermicelli. Accompanying the dish is some eggs and a handful of salad together with some cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. They also have the Tom Yam Bee Hoon as well.

Putien
Doing quite well together with all Chinese restaurants, Putien has made its way to Subang Jaya's Courtyard. Though focus is given to its renowned seafood menu, there are a few signature dishes that Putien is quite proud of. One of them is the Putien Heng Hwa Bee Hoon. This dish may not look much but presentation is not the key for Putien. This personally sundried vermicelli gives a rather translucent and chewy texture and while cooked with other ingredients, it gives flavour to the bee hoon. You get a treat of clams, bak choy, prawns, some seaweed and peanuts as well as tasty stock from chicken and pork bones.

Organic Vegetarian Fresh Mart & Restaurant
Besides being a mart that provides organic ingredients for those who are looking to cook healthy, this place serves a wide range of organic food as well. From economy rice to set lunches as well as burgers, you are in for a vegetarian treat. Looking at their bee hoon choices, their presentation might be intimidating to most due to a generous amount of vegetables being scattered atop the noodles. Nevertheless, do not judge a book by its cover as the vermicelli is well-fried with a slight hint of saltines enough for taste.

Restoran Le Kwang
As most usual coffee shops, Restoran Le Kwang is located near the LDP highway but that does not stop anybody from visiting the place during lunch. You are able to find both rice and noodles stalls here with a variety of food choices. If you want to opt for porridge, check out one stall which has some fried bee hoon as well. The presentation might be slightly careless but do not judge it based on that. Take a bite out of the vermicelli which is already properly cooked together with ingredients like bean sprouts, some vegetables and a handful of meat.
