Restaurant Bee Bee Hiong was originally renowned for its yong tau foo, back then when it was located behind the abandoned Federal Cinema of Melaka. Currently, it is operating at Bukit Piatu. Whenever there’s yong tau foo involved, you can always get a good elastic and springy white fish ball such as the ones from here. As for the noodles, instead of eating it blandly, do request for its savoury minced pork, it helps to enhance the flavour of the noodle.

However, if you prefer more dark soy sauce, the dry version here will be able to please your taste buds and the uneven fish ball shapes definitely screams homemade.
