Carvery Restaurant
In September 2000, Carvery Restaurant was the first place in Sarawak that opened its door to its customers with the Brazilian 'churrascaria' concept. The idea is where servers serve from table to table with skewers of specially seasoned and slow-roasted meats prepared according to the Brazilian barbecue 'churrasco' method. Using savoir-faire showmanship, the staffs slice these gastronomies tableside, making a sophisticated and munificent feast. What’s even more interesting? At only RM88, you can eat all the meat that you can till full. For a fine dining place, that price is definitely a value for money.

Lyn's Thandoori Restaurant
Located at the heart of the city, Lyn’s Thandoori Restaurant is a fine dining place offering delicious Northern Indian food. The North Indian eatery is one of Kuching’s precious gem since 1994 that serves a vast selection of menu starring tandoori chicken as well as wonderful mutton, fish and veggie dishes that can go up to almost 50 choices, including 22 types of paneer, all made with top-quality ingredients. Though the place is rather simple for a fine dining experience, the food really make it up for it.
