The Ming Room serves food that is fresh and cooked with utmost care of flavour and presentation. There are traditional lou sang and vegetable lou sang options.So, vegetarians also can try! Shaowei Sanpin has roasted pork, barbecued pork and roasted duck. The roasted meat and roasted duck are super flavourful.It is very tasty and tender.There are three types of suckling pigs in Mingcheng Restaurant. You also should not miss the popular Portuguese suckling pig, which is presented in whole pieces.The pork part is burnt with spice sauce, it tastes very fragrant and delicious!

Known for the exceptinal service and premium food quality, this restaurant has definitely earned its 5-star merits. They offer authentic cantonese cuisine served in a grand setting reminiscent of ancient chinese royalty. The current executive chef, Chef Tan Kim Weng, and his team crafted 5 sets of CNY course menu for this year of the rooster. Shang Palace is well-known to be pork-free chinese restaurant, so everyone is welcomed to dine here. This also means that it is better to make really early reservations.

Shunde cuisines are quite the rarity here in Malaysia. So, if you're looking to break the culinary tradition this festive season, give OUG Jade Restaurant a try! Located in The Market Place OUG, they pride themselves in authentic Shunde cuisines. The price could be rather steep and their service during peak hours could be improved, but their cooking is worth a try.
