At Xiao by Crustz, the Earl Grey is a
delectable dessert that has a lot of chocolate with a prominent earl grey
taste. The chocolate centred earl grey mousse, surrounded with a layer of
chocolate, is laid on top of what is a mix between a biscuit and a cake. Think
a cake that is not as soft and a biscuit that is not as hard, giving it a nice
crumbly finish. The contrasting texture of the mousse, chocolate, and biscuit
cake is a pleasure to sample and even better to look at.
Tips
Sample it slowly so that you get the taste of earl grey in every bite.
