Burnt top with the little charred edges and creamy cheesy middle. That sounds like burnt cheesecake! Over the last decade, burnt cheesecake has created a new cult following which never really died down. We'd like to think we've tried many different ones to share some of the best with you.

The Tokyo Restaurant @ Isetan The Japan Store
We remember that when burnt cheesecake became the new in-thing, Tokyo Restaurant was one of the places to go for it. Simply because their cheesecake is extremely creamy and soft in texture. Taste-wise, it's sweet with a hint of the burnt skin. Paired with some cream, the taste of the cake is accentuated.
