The Tokyo Restaurant @ Isetan The Japan Store
We remember that when burnt cheesecake became the new in-thing, Tokyo Restaurant was one of the places to go for it. Simply because their cheesecake is extremely creamy and soft in texture. Taste-wise, it's sweet with a hint of the burnt skin. Paired with some cream, the taste of the cake is accentuated.

Neighbour's Coffee Bar is just amazing with dessert selections. One of them is their burnt cheesecake. When it comes to burnt cheesecake, the burn and char is an important factor that seems to be done perfectly here. The taste profile of it will definitely cure your sweet tooth.

The Butter Pantry
Butter Pantry is one of the new places that came to be in early 2021. We've personally tried their burnt cheesecake and honestly, they are so good and creamy that you can eat it on its own. The perfect basque on the top just cracks when you push your spoon down. It's one of those things that just makes you look in awe when you're having burnt cheesecake.
