Boat noodles or traditionally known as kuai tiao ruea in Thailand has is a bombshell of a noodle dish that brings Thai elements in one of the most unique experiences in Kuala Lumpur. Lucky for us, KL is known to host some of the tastiest boat noodles around. It is a hearty broth of noodles with dark soy sauce, pickled bean curd, and a lot of spices that make this just irresistible. Nine bowls boat noodles in Publika is less popular than it’s nearby neighbour Boat Noodles. The lack the crowd but make great boat noodles. Those who go cant wait will find Nine Bowls Kl a great alternative. There are three flavours available here, Pork Boat Noodles, Tom Yum Boat Noodles and Beef Pork Noodles.
