Boat noodles or traditionally known as kuai tiao ruea in Thailand has is a bombshell of a noodle dish that brings Thai elements in one of the most unique experiences in Kuala Lumpur. Lucky for us, KL is known to host some of the tastiest boat noodles around. It is a hearty broth of noodles with dark soy sauce, pickled bean curd, and a lot of spices that make this just irresistible. This Thai noodles in sold in tiny bowls and the nature of this challenge is to stack em’ bowls high.

    Sawadee Boat Noodles has a flavorful variety of noodles and soups to choose from. They range from Kuey tiew to mee hoon and the Thai classic Kuey Tiew Reua. They make a great traditional Boat Noodle soup which has been thickened with pork blood that comes with either pork or beef. Eating here gives you a part of Thai culture in a delicious way.

    Their homemade lemonade is wonderful to wash all those flavors down.
