LOKL Coffee is owned by Malaysia celeb, Cheryl Samad and was first opened in 2012. Located at a historic street, expect to see portraits of the Father of Malaysia on the walls of LOKL. The place is quite narrow but is one of the newer cafes amongst the old ones within the area. Founded in year 2012 by a couple with a son named Ted, Tedboy Bakery is located at the ever busy Bangsar Telawi right next to Devi's Corner. All products are made daily in-house using only natural ingredients to ensure health. Expect fresh and delicious bread, homemade jams and beautiful cakes from the family grown bakery. It is a common sight to see patrons walking in just to purchase a cuppa of the commendable Bistot coffee. The brainchild of two brothers who shared a serious love for the coffee culture in Melbourne, Coffee Societe has been one of the biggest contenders when it comes to the go-to cafes in Kuala Lumpur. Situated in Solaris Dutamas (Publika), the cafe has a high turn up rate of customers daily. Aside from staple menu and special promotions, the cafe serves bagels plain with butter and jam or with smoked salmon (and optional avocado top). With the usage of organic and natural ingredients with high quality control, you can expect a different daily menu that lack not in quality or taste. Situated in Publika, B for Bagel, unlike many others in the list, offers plain bagels as well in a variety of options which include toppings of poppy seed, sesame, chia seed, cranberry, cinnamon and even chocolate. The bakery also serves freshly made real smoothies like the difficult-to-find avocado smoothie here that have been raved by many.
