To find a really good and authentic Char Kuey Teow around Klang Valley is not really an easy task. People usually settle for less since there are not much choices available. However, you should no longer worry after discovering this little gem named Sisters Place. This kopitiam-like eatery is located in Ara Damansara and it might be your next favourite spot to indulge in a really good plate of Char Kuey Teow or a bowl of Curry Mee. After the success of their first outlet opened 6 years ago in USJ16, Sisters Place decided to start their second outlet at Pacific Place recently on 1st October 2015.

The restaurant is popular among the locals due to its signature halal-friendly Char Kuey Teow. After choosing between Sisters Special Char Kuey Teow and the Sisters Char Kuey Teow, be prepared to be served with a generous amount of seafood in your plate (if you pick the special version). Prawns, cockles, and squids can be found in the dish with a lovely "wok hei" or in easy words sufficient wok-heat flavour. The spicy level is rather high, so if you can’t handle heat, just inform them upon order.

The Penang Curry Mee served here is also one of the recommended dish at Sisters Place. Making their own healthy version of the dish using milk rather than coconut milk, the bowl also come with a good amount of toppings. Though it props more towards the sweet side, you can always add the chili paste to add some spiciness. Apart from the two bestselling dishes, the restaurant also offers other local delights including Hokkien Char, Cantonese Yee Mee, Nasi Lemak, fried rice, chee cheong fun, and yong tau fu. So, to get your Penang char kuey teow fix, why not drive over to Sisters Place and enjoy a 99% of Penang delights.
