This is Malaysian Food At Its Peak

Bukit Jalil, a rapidly growing area in Kuala Lumpur, has become a hub of entertainment and leisure, attracting a diverse group of people from all over the city. What sets this restaurant apart is the omakase-style of serving Malaysian dishes. The menu or "chapters” is what they call it, changes from season to season and the chefs will have a list of dishes in their heads of what to serve to customers.

The restaurant's menu features a range of contemporary dishes inspired by Malaysian cuisine, using the finest and freshest local ingredients. The restaurant's head chef, who has extensive experience, creates unique and innovative dishes that are both visually stunning and flavorful.

One of the restaurant's most popular dishes in the current “chapter” is the Udang Galah, which is served with smooth egg sauce. The sweetness of the prawn pairs perfectly with the richness of the egg sauce. The smooth texture of the sauce provides a contrast to the firm and juicy prawn meat, creating a delightful mouthfeel. The use of aromatic spices and seasonings in the sauce adds depth and complexity to the dish.

Another standout dish in the current “chapter” is the Sabah Wild Lobster, the sweetness of the lobster meat is perfectly complemented by the rich and savory flavor of the egg roe. The creamy texture of the egg roe also adds a luxurious mouthfeel to the dish.

The lobster is typically cooked using traditional techniques that preserve its natural flavors and textures. This allows the sweetness and tenderness of the meat to shine through, without being overwhelmed by heavy seasonings or sauces.
