Best Wraps in Penang

Written by Updated ago

“Do I have enough time to feed my tummy? Errmm, I rather skip my meal than settling for run-of-the-mill food.” This type of mind mulling is pretty common these days as times are getting frenetic and a wrong choice of food will just make it even worst. These moments typically invites you to grab some wraps. Simple yet satisfying, it’s all about the melange of meats or vegetables drenched with sauces then cocooned with flatbreads. What actually started off as an on-the-go grub has now spread its wings to a multitude of eateries and Penang has no complaint about it. Thai restaurant with a unique take on wraps? A famous dessert house that takes wraps seriously. What? Bacon is squeezed in too?! The food obsessed island has it all.

Among the best seller here is their spicy chicken wrap where a paper-thin flatbread is heavily baptised with slivers of chicken, assorted vegetables and complementing sauces. Other varieties include tuna, beef and vegetable wraps. Despite the crowd, waiting time is rather short, therefore busy bees you don’t have an excuse to miss delicious and value-for-money grubs.
