Be it served in a dark soy sauce base or chicken broth, a good plate of wantan mee is always well sought after for breakfast and occasionally, supper. Laying in all the sauce and broth should be a good selection of noodles, although they can be conventional but a handmade one is always preferred. Jalan Datoh Noodle Stall
Upon entering, guests will be brought back in time to the pre-modern era of Shanghai, where the use of timber and marble is extensive. The restaurant offer a wide range of dishes, with the wantan mee being one of the signature item. Cooked beautifully, the noodles are neither soggy or dense while the sauce base and broth are equally delicious.

Kedai Kopi Woh Heng
The wantan mee ah Kedai Kopi Woh Heng truly is a unique one. Apart from the standard plate, they actually have one that comes with braised pork belly and egg which are absolutely delicious. For those who enjoy rougan or rather, Chinese Pork Jerky, they too have it here. Freshly grilled to juicy perfection.
