Urban Daybreak
Aptly named “A Such a Good Waffle”, the waffle served at Urban Daybreak will surely dart into your favourites list. Quarterly cut waffles, topped with salted egg hollandaise, slivers of ham and baked beans with two sunny side up eggs by the side, this is savoury waffles at its best. The waffles were dense on the outside and nicely soft inside, while the interplay of texture and flavour from the toppings made it even better. Especially the egg, which gave a subtle pepper kick. Presented aesthetically with a generous portion, what else can you ask for?
