Meat stick as some might call it, is a delicious piece of local specialty. It comprises of the standard 4 types of meat; mainly chicken, beef lamb and occasionally pork. However, on rare occasion you'll find rabbit and deer meat as well, which are slightly chewier and taste rather gamey taste. Then again, if the satay is well marinated and grilled beautifully, all these imperfections won't matter.

Satay Menara
Satay Menara, for some reason it's named after a building. Regardless of which, they are stepping up a notch in providing a selection of rare and uncommon meat such as beef tenderloin and rabbit. Yes, you've heard (in this case, read) that right. For those that prefer a slightly more gammy taste, and chewier texture, you can opt for the rabbit meat satay. Do not worry though, the marination and peanut sauce that comes with it are delicious as well.
