Don’t be surprised with how simple ingredients can turn into one great meal. The salmon here might appear dull, but that deceptive look packs a whole lot of flavours. The crispy and succulent slab of salmon steak not only tastes good on its own, but pairs perfectly with its rich and creamy cumin sauce, with some eccentric elements from curry leaves; marvelous.

With such honed and adept skills from the chef, you can expect an indulgence in meticulously prepared dishes here, and the salmon steak isn’t left out. Prepared via sous-vide, the fresh salmon is full of succulence and moist flesh, while the skin is seared to a perfect crisp. The dish is served with dressings from parsnip puree to a tangy orange-saffron sauce.
